Changes to Orders
Once the order has been placed, we CANNOT make any changes to it, including swapping one part for another and addition/exclusion of parts from the order. Please make sure you have checked your order entirely before checking out!
Cancelations
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, a refund will be issued minus PayPal and any other applicable fees.
After the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled (but it can be returned, see below).
If You Found a Mistake (Or Want a Return)
Please check your order upon receipt!
MISSING, DAMAGED OR WRONG PARTS. If you have received your order, and a part is missing, damaged (NOT by USPS), or we have sent it in a wrong color, first: we are very-very sorry to have let you down, please forgive us! Please contact us via email within 14 days of the order delivery date. If we determine that we made a mistake, we will gladly refund the cost of the missing/incorrect part! However, please note that we will not honor claims submitted after 14 days since the order delivery date have passed.
RETURNS. If you decide to return items but the order that we shipped to you was correct, please contact us via email within 14 days of your order delivery date nonetheless – maybe we can still work things out! Otherwise, we will issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee for the items that you return to us. To be eligible for such a refund, items must be returned:
- In their original condition,
- With a proof of delivery (such as a tracking information showing that the item has been delivered to our address),
- Within 30 days of the purchase date.
Buyer is responsible for paying for the shipping of any returned items.
We ship all our orders with love. Even if you a returning your order, please keep our love, we are never out of stock!
If 30 days have passed since last contact on a given order, we will assume that you are satisfied with your order and we will mark the order as 'COMPLETED'.
