Shipping policy


General Information

HOURS OF OPERATION. We receive orders 24/7. We ship orders and answer messages on business days: Monday-Friday, 12 PM-8 PM EST.

FAST SHIPPING. Orders are shipped on the following business day after they are received. We will let you know if there are any unforeseen delays (for example, because of severe weather conditions, or because we are overloaded with orders – this can happen during sales).

SHIPPING METHODS. We use USPS Ground Advantage for all orders.

TRACKING. Tracking information is free and included with every order. Please let us know if you did not receive the tracking information email from us within 1 business day of your order placement. Once you receive the tracking number, please use the USPS website to track your package. We highly recommend the "Informed Delivery" service from USPS to get free automatic tracking updates.

SHIPPING ADDRESS. We will only ship to the shipping address that you listed when placing the order. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct and up-to-date. If an order is returned to us by USPS because of an incorrect or undeliverable address or because the package has not been picked up, we will not issue a refund.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. We currently do NOT ship outside of the US.

 


Security

At Wholesome Street, we take security seriously. To protect both our customers and our store, assembly of all packages is documented, and documents are blockchain timestamped. As mentioned above, all packages are shipped with a tracking number, and we follow tracking on all packages from shipment to delivery. All attempts of fraud will be reported to the authorities.

 


Packaging

ON THE INSIDE, parts will be in zip-lock bags. We will use the fewest number of bags possible to keep the balance between us being environmentally conscious and your convenience upon receiving the parts. New and used parts will always be packaged separately and labeled accordingly.

ON THE OUTSIDE, we will use a bubble mailer or a box. All orders that contain assembled minifigures will be shipped in a box to prevent damage. Orders with minifigures that have not been assembled will be shipped in a box or in a bubble mailer at our discretion.

 


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance allows us to issue a refund for items that were lost or damaged by USPS. However, it does NOT guarantee that any such items will be replaced because we may not have those items in stock anymore.

Insurance applies only to packages that were lost or damaged by USPS. The package is considered lost when the tracking number shows that it has NOT been delivered, and USPS cannot locate it. Please note that it can take a month (and sometimes even longer) for USPS to declare that the package has been lost. If parts were damaged by USPS, it must be reported within 14 days of the package delivery date. We will not honor claims made after this period.

Insurance does NOT apply to packages that were delivered but not received and to packages that were stolen. If the USPS tracking shows that the package was delivered, please contact your USPS office to locate the package – they should have the GPS coordinates where it was scanned upon delivery.

For all orders in our store, insurance is free and included for the full value of your order.
